Shipping policy

UK delivery All Life Letters orders are delivered within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is free on every order.

Fulfilment time Life Letters is a personalised product made to order. Before we can craft and ship your letters you will need to complete your personalisation quiz, which you will receive a link to immediately after purchase.

Once your quiz is complete, please allow 7 to 14 days for your order to be fulfilled and delivered. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International delivery We are able to ship internationally but delivery rates vary by location. Please contact us at hey@lifeletters.co before placing your order and we will confirm the delivery cost for your country.

Delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Gifting If you are sending Life Letters as a gift directly to the recipient, please enter their delivery address at checkout and select the gift option. We will include a gift card with a link to the personalisation quiz so they can complete it themselves.

If you need something to give on the day, we can also send a digital gift card to your email address instantly. Simply select the gift option at checkout and we will arrange it.
